Over the past two decades Leeuwin Civil has grown its head contractor capabilities to include delivery of both construct-only, and design and construct contract deliveries. These capabilities are further enhanced through the availability of our large fleet of plant and equipment. This also provides additional program delivery certainty for our private developer, and local and state government clients.

We operate a tried and tested ISO 14001 certified environmental management system. From native vegetation retention and flora protection, to expert dewatering and water management practices – environmental protection measures underpin every Leeuwin Civil project delivery.
END-TO-END CIVIL CAPABILITY
Bulk & Detailed Earthworks
Leeuwin Civil is experienced in the management and construction of dams, leachate ponds, retention ponds, and landfill cell constructions across the South West region of Western Australia. All constructions comply with the State’s codes, standards, and regulations.
Main Contractor
Undertaking full responsibility for project delivery. This includes coordination of specialist subcontractors and designers on complex, multi-discipline civil construction projects, or construct only contracts.
Design & Construct
From concept to completion. Coordinating and developing project design and construction as the client’s single point of contact, with full responsibility for program timing and cost management.
Construct Only
Working in partnership with our clients and their designers to ensure all project outcomes are met throughout the construction process through to final delivery.
