Leeuwin Civil is experienced in the management and construction of dams, leachate ponds, retention ponds, and landfill cell constructions across the South West region of Western Australia. All constructions comply with the State’s codes, standards, and regulations.
Our equipment fleet includes 1.5 to 40 tonne excavators, as well as scrapers, dozers, loaders, graders, off road dump trucks, water trucks, road trucks and more, and equipped with the latest Leica technology and total machine guidance control systems to meet specified tolerances with ease.

A permanently shallow groundwater table combined with the highly differing ground conditions found in Western Australia’s South West region, call on Leeuwin Civil’s specialist dewatering capabilities and experience to create safe, dry working conditions for construction of sewer and stormwater drainage.
Using a combination of specialist equipment and trenching techniques, we safely remove groundwater and surface water either before or during excavation.

Concrete Structures
Leeuwin Civil builds bridges, major culverts and roundabouts, as well as delivering all associated concrete structural installs and pours for footpaths, kerbing, median strips and road furniture.
As a B2 Main Roads prequalified contractor, Leeuwin Civil has undergone a rigorous assessment of its company, key personnel, and construction management systems and capabilities. This provides Leeuwin’s clients with surety in the company’s ability to construct a wide range of concrete structures to Main Roads WA or Water Corporation quality specifications.
Materials Extraction and Supply
We supply and deliver bulk materials including sand, gravel, and rock to industry, and for all Leeuwin Civil project deliveries. This is sourced from our own gravel and sand pits located across the South West region of Western Australia.
Leeuwin Civil offers a consistent and ongoing supply of quality-tested bulk materials for construction, delivered direct to site by Leeuwin Civil through its fleet of owned and operated road trains and semi-trailers.

In-house & Mobile Servicing
Our workshop team maintains all plant and equipment to a rigorous schedule. Servicing is delivered in the field and in our workshop to minimise machine down time.
Cost Certainty
Owned plant and equipment means fixed and transparent rates – i.e. no surprises or premiums passed on to our clients.
Main Contractor
Undertaking full responsibility for project delivery. This includes coordination of specialist subcontractors and designers on complex, multi-discipline civil construction projects, or construct only contracts.
